Resin and artificial stone statues are fragile artworks. Each statue is custom-packaged by the studio before shipment and further reinforced by the ROYGK team upon arrival at our warehouse to ensure maximum safety. However, uncontrollable factors during transit may still result in minor damage, such as tiny chips, hairline cracks, or surface scratches.

We therefore recommend that you consider this carefully before placing an order. If you are unable to accept any potential minor imperfections or shipping-related damage, please exercise caution before purchasing. Of course, should you discover any issues upon receiving the statue, please contact our customer service team promptly, providing photos and a description. We will coordinate with the studio to do our utmost to arrange for replacement parts (subject, of course, to the studio’s actual capabilities).
