1. Overview & Eligibility
Service Agreement: By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from RoyGK, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Age Requirement & Adult Content: ROYGK offers collectible GK statues, including 18+ adult-themed figures. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to browse and purchase restricted products.
2. Product Characteristics & Pre-Orders
Nature of Collectibles: Resin statues and GK figures are handcrafted, artistic, and inherently delicate products. Minor paint imperfections, tiny scratches, or minor degumming can occur and are considered normal industry characteristics rather than defective items.
Release Dates & Studio Delays: Release dates for pre-order statues are estimates determined by the manufacturing studios. ROYGK is not responsible for production delays caused by studios.
3. Pricing & Shipping Calculation
Exclusion of Shipping Fees: Listed product prices do not include international shipping costs.
Chargeable Weight: Shipping fees are quoted once the item arrives at our dispatch warehouse, calculated based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional (volumetric) weight.
Rate Validity & Delayed Payment: Logistics quotes reflect carrier rates on the arrival date and remain valid for 7–15 days. If shipping payment is delayed beyond 30 days, the quote may be updated to reflect current carrier rates; any rate increases will be the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Customs, Duties, & Import Regulations
Express Shipments (UPS/DHL/FedEx/EMS): Customers are solely responsible for customs clearance, import documentation, and payment of local VAT/GST/import duties. Failure to clear customs resulting in return or abandonment will incur fees payable by the customer.
Special Line Shipments (Air / Sea / Train / Land): Where available, designated special lines offer tax-inclusive (DDP) or low-tax delivery.
Regional Requirements: Buyers in regions such as South America, Latin America, the Middle East, or Africa must ensure they possess the necessary import qualifications to handle customs clearance.
5. After-Sales, Replacements, & Shipping Insurance
Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim compensation or logistics insurance for severe transit damage, the customer must provide an uncut, complete video recording of the entire unboxing process from the sealed outer package to the internal parts inspection. Without this complete unboxing video, logistics insurance claims cannot be filed.
Studio Replacement Parts: In the event of broken or missing components, ROYGK will assist in applying for replacement parts from the original studio. While replacement parts are typically free from studios, international shipping costs for the replacement parts are borne by the customer.
6. Cancellations, Force Majeure, & Liability
Order Cancellation: Pre-order deposits and processed orders are allocated directly to studios and are generally non-refundable once committed.
Force Majeure: ROYGK is not liable for shipping delays, route interruptions, or package hold-ups caused by events outside our reasonable control, including weather extremes, customs inspections, policy changes, or peak holiday congestion.
